FAQs

Please read over the below FAQ’s before visiting the studio.

Still have some questions no worries reach out to us via the “contact” page.

  • We have two studios, the Broughty Ferry studio is located at 60 Union Street, Dundee, DD5 2AU. The Perth studio is located inside Chirolife at 90 Scott Street Perth, please use their main entrance and we’re in to the right. There is no dedicated parking at either site so please factor in time for parking ahead of your class. There are plenty of public transport links near by.

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class is scheduled to start. You can let yourself into the lobby where we kindly ask you to remove your shoes and coats. We’ll come collect you before class begins. All valuables can be kept in the studio. If it’s your first time you’ll have to fill in a PARQ before you start.

  • In Broughty Ferry we have a toilet/baby change, no changing room or shower facilities are available. In Perth we have access to changing rooms, toilets and showers from Chiropractic life. There is storage in both studios with space for coats and shoes. Valuables can be kept in the studio but space is limited so we kindly ask you only bring what you need to the session.

  • All you need is yourself, some water and a pair of grip socks for safety. We sell grip socks at the studio for £12

  • Yes all classes must be pre-booked and paid for ahead of visiting the studio. You can book via the website on the ‘Broughty Ferry’ or ‘Perth’ pages. Alternatively you can download the ‘GloFox’ app and search our studio by location.

  • Due to safety reasons under no circumstances will you be able to join the class if you’re over 5 minutes late. We understand things happen so if it’s a one off your class will be refunded back to you but as you can appreciate spots are limited so if it’s a regular occurrence your class pass will be lost.

  • You have up to 12 hours before the class begins to cancel. You can manage all your bookings on the ‘Profile’ section on the website/app.

  • If the class you’d like to attend is fully booked you can join the waitlist. Your credit won’t be taken unless you get into the class. You will get an email at least 12 hours before the class begins if you get in. If you can no longer attend a class please remove yourself from the waitlist. You can manage this in the ‘Profile’ section of the website/app.

  • Do not worry if you’ve never done Pilates before. We all have to begin somewhere. Most classes will be structured for mixed abilities to make sure clients feel as comfortable and confident as possible. We advise Broughty Ferry clients to start with a beginner or gentle class. Perth classes are all for mixed abilities and will be tailored appropriately for beginners.
